The location is perfect. It's a 4 minute walk to the Key bankcentere, perfect for a hockey game. There is a great pizza place attached to the hotel as well. The beds are so comfortable. The shower was huge, and there were bottles of built-in body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The room is a great size and has a mcirowave , fridge, and coffee maker. They have an exercise room, hottub , pool, and onsite parking .There is a bar in the lobby and a starbucks. . Would definitely stay here again.

The room was great. My daughter loved she had her own t.v. in the bedroom. Hotel was doing some work on some of the floors but you couldn't even tell. No mess , no noise, no construction smells or dust. Staff was extremely friendly. The bistro was great. The cook and kid at the counter were very nice.

It was really close to Keybank Center. The was really spacious & comfortable. I like the layout of the room with the sleeping area being separated from the living room.

I liked that the light rail was right at the front door so we could jump on and explore downtown more. Fantastic to be so close to canalside so we could enjoy long walks even in - ve temperatures in Feb. The ice-skating was also there. A few eating options nearby and Tim Hortons across the road for coffee. The room was super clean and as was the bathroom. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable.

Our main reason for visiting Buffalo was to see a hockey game at the KeyBank Center. The location of the hotel was perfect! The arena is less than a block away. While there weren't many convenience stores located near the hotel area, there were a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance as well as a Tim Horton's on the corner. For the history buffs, the hotel is located near several historic sites and museums. The hotel staff was wonderful! Everyone was helpful, polite, and very pleasant.

The location of the hotel was great. Everything we needed to do during July 4th weekend was walking distance. We were able to see the fireworks from ball park.

Hotel was great. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the shower was exceptional. The room could have been a little cleaner as it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed but overall it was great.

Cleanliness, very nice accommodations . This is my second stay and would stay again. My first stay my view was construction, obstructed with machinery. Second stay view of I90 free way parking lot and in the distance a glimpse of cityscape

Great location, next to canalside and some of the tourist attractions and restaurants. Staff were very helpful with all our queries, and provided useful information. We also got an upgrade to one of the rooms which was nice.
